Looking Back on Our Ten Year Anniversary.

BonLife’s birthday is coming up very soon. It will be eleven years of roasting award-winning direct-trade coffees next month, and we couldn’t be more proud of those eleven years!

It all started with a dream to bring a bit of change to the world— through drinking coffee. A couple of brothers realized that using our dollars for good could create a world of change for people in coffee-growing countries, so they set out to found BonLife Coffee Roasters. All these years later we are still choosing the farmers and countries we work with carefully, funneling our money spent on green beans to the places it can do the most good and provide you with the best coffees. We still think doing what we do is a pretty big deal. That’s why we threw such a big party last year to celebrate our ten year anniversary.

Here’s a peek at that celebration.

We added some special drinks to the menu, like an affogato, and we invited some talented musicians to come sing. We had some snacks and beer and stayed open late. And, of course, we drank lots and lots of coffee. We threw a big party, and it’s still one of our favorite BonLife memories!

We’re really proud of what we do, from our day-to-day work of brewing your coffee to the big-picture work of sourcing our direct trade beans. We think it’s worth celebrating every year, not just on our big ten-year anniversary.
