All of these recipes created by our baristas are for a 16 oz. drink once you add ice. Feel free to adjust the size or make substitutions on all of them!

Cold Brew Maple Latte

This is a quick at-home iced coffee thats creamy and sweet!

4 oz. undiluted cold brew concentrate
5 oz. whole milk
1 oz. maple syrup

Simply combine ingredients, stir, add ice, and enjoy!

Cold Brew Soda

A light and refreshing drink that’s perfect for a really hot day!

2 oz. undiluted cold brew concentrate
6 oz. tonic water
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup or honey

Fill a glass with ice, add tonic water, add lime juice and syrup, carefully add cold brew on top. We don’t stir this one; it can cause it to overflow. Rather, we layer the flavors.
You can adjust this recipe with different flavors or a different type of sparkling water! We love the extra layer of flavor that the tonic water gives it. And the kick from the pure lime juice!

Cold Brew Latte with Seasonal Syrup

3 oz. undiluted cold brew concentrate
5 oz. whole milk
1.5 oz seasonal syrup such as rosemary or lavender

Simply add all the ingredients to a glass with ice and stir. Our house-made seasonal syrups are always a staff favorite. We love to add our fresh rosemary syrup to cold brew in the summer or mint in the winter.
To make a syrup like this just melt cane sugar in hot water (at a 1:1 ratio), stir, add whatever in-season herb or fruit you want and let it steep for a few hours. You can always use honey instead of sugar or mix different flavors into one syrup. This is where a home barista can get really creative!

Shaken Cold Brew Chai

One of our baristas loves this as her version of an on-the-go dirty chai!

3 oz. undiluted cold brew concentrate
4 oz. whole milk
2 oz chai

Just add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker or mason jar with ice and shake until foamy. For the chai, you can use your favorite brand, liquid or powder. Or you can brew a really strong chai concentrate with loose leaf tea and sugar.

Brown Sugar Coconut Shaker

This recipe, created by one of our baristas in his spare time, is summer in a cup!

3 oz. undiluted cold brew concentrate
3 oz. coconut milk
.5 T brown sugar
1 tsp coconut cream

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker or mason jar with ice and shake until foamy.
