Grape Soda: a Cold Brew Recipe
We have a crazy cool grape co-fermented coffee on offer right now, and we created the most refreshing coffee soda with it! It tastes like a grape soda but made out of coffee. It’s crazy! We’ve been loving it, and our customers do too. So we thought we’d share the recipe here for our fans who don’t live in Bradley County, Tennessee. Order your very own bag of Juicy Grape here, and give this summery soda a try at home!
Ingredients:
Juicy Grape Coffee (brewed as a cold brew or a shot of espresso)
Simple Syrup
Soda Water (or sparkling mineral water or tonic water, whatever you prefer)
Ice
Instructions:
Fill your favorite glass with ice.
Add 1 oz. simple syrup (adjust to your sweetness-level preferences)
Add 4 oz. Juicy Grape cold brew concentrate
Finish off with equal parts soda water, about 4 oz.
Notes:
If you’re using espresso instead of cold brew, fill the glass with sparkling water, leaving about an inch at the top, and add the espresso slowly at the end.
We serve this drink at BonLife using only cold brew concentrate, not espresso, but it is good either way!
We hope you love this coffee soda as much as our customers and staff at the BonLife cafe have! It’s the perfect summer refresher. Let us know if you try it below!
