Our single varietal Pink Bourbon lot from Jairo Arcila is an exceptionally clean and crisp coffee for special occasions. Jairo Arcila is a third-generation coffee grower from Quindio, Colombia. He now works with his two children; together they produce incredibly high quality coffees, continually learning and improving in order to be excellent.
Our Finca la Secreta is a very special co-fermented coffee from Colombia. Farmer Juan Carlos Mejia fermented this coffee anaerobically with lychee. We roasted it perfectly to bring out the pleasant tropical fruit tasting notes.
Blended together these two Colombian coffees are brilliant! This coffee is balanced with well-rounded fruit-forward tasting notes.
